How it works

How personal shopping works in Nigeria

A typical market run — the shopper works from your list, not guesswork.

TryShopper is built for people who would rather not sit in traffic or walk a market with a long list. You place a request, we assign a vetted shopper, and you pay TryShopper only after you approve what was bought.

The shopper is an independent contractor. TryShopper runs the platform, holds the payment, and delivers the order to your door.

Brand, size, and quantity on the list make estimates faster.

Place the request

Upload a typed list, photos, or notes. Add a budget, preferred stores, and substitutions if an item is out of stock. The more specific the list, the cleaner the estimate.

Approve the estimate

Your shopper sends an estimate for goods, delivery, and the shopper service fee. Nothing is charged until you approve. If the quote is wrong, you can ask for a revision or decline.

Receipts, then delivery

As items are bought, the shopper uploads receipts. You confirm the basket matches what you asked for. After approval, the order is packed and delivered. Excess on the payment hold is refunded.
